Mr. Mirza Muhammad Faisal Yaqub is the Managing Partner of Atif Faisal & Co., Chartered Accountants (AFCO). He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with over 15 years of extensive professional experience in audit, taxation, risk management, treasury, and capital structuring.
His professional career includes senior roles at reputable organizations such as Grant Thornton, MTBC Inc., and Secure Logistics Group, where he delivered high-quality audit and advisory services across diverse industries. As Managing Partner, he provides strategic leadership and client-focused solutions, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, financial efficiency, ethical integrity, and long-term value creation.
Mr. Muhammad Atif Aman is a Senior Partner at Atif Faisal & Co., Chartered Accountants (AFCO). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and a member of CIPFA (UK), with over 15 years of professional experience in audit, taxation, corporate strategy, and operational transformation.
He has led complex audit, advisory, and finance engagements across industries including industrial manufacturing, flour processing, real estate, and agribusiness. Prior to joining AFCO, he served as CFO and Head of Operations at Premier Group, where he drove financial restructuring, governance enhancements, and operational optimization for a leading Pakistani conglomerate. His professional foundation includes delivering high-impact audit and advisory assignments at Grant Thornton. At AFCO, he leads the delivery of audit, tax, business advisory, and CFO/BPO services for local and international clients.

With over three decades of experience, Mr. Muhammad Aman is a distinguished legal and financial advisor specializing in public sector administration, taxation, and internal audit. He has served in key leadership roles within the Finance Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including as Provincial Coordinator - Internal Audit and Deputy Secretary Establishment.
Mr. Aman offers clients expert guidance on legal, regulatory, and fiscal matters, drawing on deep insight into governmental systems and financial oversight.
Mr. Mufti Usama Ehsan, MBA, CSAA, NIBAF
Director Shariah Advisory
Mufti Usama Ehsan is a seasoned Islamic finance professional with over 10 years of experience in Shariah compliance, product development, and digital Islamic finance. He serves on the Shariah Board of Bank Alfalah and advises fintechs like Hakeem Easy Finance and Funding Souq.
He teaches at Jamia Muhammadia Islamabad and delivers training at NIBAF, CEIF-IBA, and IMSciences. He holds an MBA from KSBL, CSAA from AAOIFI Bahrain, and advanced Islamic qualifications from Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi.
