Mr. Faisal has built his career around helping businesses strengthen financial governance, remain compliant, improve internal controls and execute complex corporate and financial transactions.

As Managing Partner of AFCO, he advises businesses on statutory and internal audit, tax planning and compliance, corporate restructuring, regulatory matters, financial modelling, financing arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and business process improvement.

His professional background includes leadership roles in both advisory practice and industry. Before establishing AFCO, he served as Head of Finance and Accounts at Secure Logistics Group Limited, where he was responsible for financial strategy, treasury, budgeting, corporate compliance, taxation, audits and financing across the group.

During this role, he helped raise more than PKR 752 million in debt financing, supported an increase in paid-up capital from PKR 270 million to PKR 741 million, and successfully executed the amalgamation of three group companies, including lender coordination, regulatory documentation, corporate approvals and transfer of assets and liabilities.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Faisal worked with CareCloud, Inc. (formerly MTBC), a NASDAQ-listed US company, as Financial Analyst, supporting financial forecasting, performance analysis, KPI development and strategic decision-making.

His professional foundation was developed at Grant Thornton Anjum Rahman, Chartered Accountants, where he worked in Risk and Assurance Services and managed audit assignments in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and applicable financial reporting frameworks.

This combination of professional practice, corporate finance and transaction experience enables him to provide advice that is technically rigorous, commercially realistic and implementation-focused.
